Stretches for Office Workers

Our team will help provide a series of stretches to do at your desk that are specific to your needs and help alleviate your pain

Before you start your workday, we recommend taking 1-2 minutes to properly stretch your body. This is particularly important as this will help keep the muscle flexible, strong, healthy and allow the muscle to relax for a brief period of time. You should hold each stretch for about 30 seconds. Remember that you should only feel tension during a stretch and not pain. It's is also important to remain in the stretched position without "bouncing" as this can cause injury.

Digital Eye Strain

We provide practical information by helping you implementing tips to minimize eye strain

Eye problems caused by computer use fall under the heading eye strain. When working from home, specifically from a computer, your eyes have to focus on different images, text size, fonts etc. Regular computer use and extended screen time can lead to eye strain and discomfort, which can cause blurred vision, double vision, dry eyes, eye irritation, headaches and migraines. A quick tip we provide is to practice the rule of 20-20-20: every 20 minutes you look 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
